Bundle is a single sellable unit that consists of basic services, service groups, packages and package groups. Bundles are created to handle multiple complex service offers and pricing plans. To suit the business needs of different domains, a bundle can be configured as “Plan”, “Bouquet” etc.
Bundle is not a priced unit. A bundle price depends on the individual services/packages available in it. Depending on various attributes defined in Price Plan, price is associated to a bundle.
Each component of a bundle can be optional or mandatory. Service groups or package groups can be added to a bundle with any one of the following inclusion rules –
ALL: In this case, all services in the service group or all packages in the package group are mandatory.
FIN: In this rule, fixed numbers of services in the service group or packages in the package group are again grouped to form the bundle. The number of available component in the bundle should be greater than zero and less than the maximums number of services/packages in the group.
MIN: In this rule, minimum numbers of services in the service group or packages in the package group are again grouped to form the bundle. The number of available component in the bundle should be greater than zero and less than the maximums number of services/packages in the group.
Bundles are defined in Bundle Setup screen.
