Bundle

Bundle screen helps to define bundles in the system. This screen also allows you to modify the existing services and packages available in a bundle.

To define a bundle:

1. On the System Administration module, click Order Management, and then click Bundle.

2. In the Bundle Code and the Description box, type the name and the description of the bundle.

3. In the Bundle Type drop-down, select bundle type. The bundle type can be General, Hardware Loan, or Hardware Rent.

4. In the Category drop-down, select bundle category. The categories defined in Bundle Category screen appear in the drop-down.

5. In the Status drop-down, select the bundle status as ACTIVE or INACTIVE.

6. In the Bundle Services table, click the Add link. A new row appears in the table.

7. Select Service Type as Service/Service Group /Package/Package Group from the drop-down.

8. Select Service Name from the available services from the drop-down.

9. For service type as Service Group or Package Group: In Inclusion Rule drop-down, select the rule as All Services Mandatory, Choice of Fixed Number, or Choice of Minimum Number.
   For inclusion rule as Choice of Fixed Number: In Number to Choose box, type the fixed number of services which you want the customer to choose.
   For inclusion rule as Choice of Minimum Number: In Number to Choose box, type the minimum number of services which you want to allow the customer to choose
   For inclusion rule as Minimum and Maximum: In Number to Choose box, type the minimum number and maximum number of services which you want to allow the customer to choose. For example, if there are seven services in the service group and 2, 5 is specified in the Number to Choose box, this means that a minimum of two services must be chosen and maximum of five services are allowed for a customer. You can define pricing for each service in the Pricing screen.
   Example:
   If you select a service group which has 4 services and you want the customer to select either two, three, or all the services. In Number to Choose box, type 2,3,ALL.

10. Click the Save button to save the service details.

11. To remove a service from the bundle, select the check box under Delete column against the service name and click the Update link. Click the Save button after deleting.

To modify an existing bundle details:

1. In the Bundle Code box, type the bundle code, which you want to modify. You can also click to browse for a bundle code. The bundle details appear on the screen. Modify the inclusion rule details for a service in the bundle.

2. Click the Save button to apply the modifications.

Note: The bundles with ACTIVE status can not be modified.
