Prospect Call Details screen is used to change the status of call. It also allows you to view prospect information like contact details, preferred plans, and call history.
To View Prospect Call Details:
On the Sales CRM menu, click Prospect Call Details.
In the Prospect # box, type the prospect number or click to browse for a prospect. The prospect details are displayed on the screen.
Note: Based upon the operational entities assigned to your user account, the prospects are shown in the look up.
In the Contact Details grid, details like Home Phone, Work Phone, Mobile, Email, and Fax appear. In the Address Info grid, prospect's address is displayed.
In the Preferred Plans grid, plan details like Plan name, Contract Period, and Price is displayed.
In the Call History grid, call details like Next Call Date, Status, Notes, and User ID of the executive who called the prospect is displayed.
In the Call Details grid, select status of the call from Call Status drop-down, enter next call date and notes in respective fields.
Click Save to save the call details.
Click Convert to change the prospect to Customer by redirecting to Customer screen.
Note: Customers are marked as prospects after running the Batch Job “Mark Prospect”. When those kind of prospects are retrieved , if the prospect wants to modify details, click Modify then the page redirects to Customer screen. And if the prospect wants to upgrade click Upgrade. 'Upgrade' button is used to navigate to 'Data Center Orders' screen if any data center order is available for that customer otherwise navigate to 'Service Order' screen.
