Customer refers to an entity who subscribes services and materials from the service provider. Every customer has a financial account. The customer is a billable entity that receives invoices. Every customer has a unique identifier and a current balance (which may be zero).
A customer account includes the following types of information:
Customer name and address
Billing history
A customer account can possess one or multiple other customer accounts. The subscriber who possess other accounts is called as “Parent” and the corresponding subordinate account is called as “Child". The parent account is responsible for all financial transactions of the child accounts. This process is called as Charge Redirection.
