Reconnection is the process of activating a contract and the services available within the contract that are disconnected earlier for a particular customer. Service reconnection is done either on the request of the customer or due to payment of the outstanding amounts.
On reconnection the disconnected contract and the available services within the contract become active from the date of reconnection with the same contract parameter and pricing.
When reconnection is done, if there are any reconnection charges defined in the system, then one time sale occurs.
