Standing Instructions

Standing Instructions screen help to capture standing instructions details of a customer. Both credit card and debit card details are accepted for defining standing instruction.

The screen also allows you to modify and delete the existing standing instructions detail.

To capture or modify standing instruction details:

  1. On Order Management module, click Standing Instructions.

  2. Retrieve details of the customer for whom you want to capture the standing instructions. The Customer Name and Address details appear in the screen.

  3. Select Credit Card or echeck radio button.

For Credit Card paymode:

    1. Select the payment method from the drop-down. The payment method can be a credit card or debit card.

    2. Select card type from the drop-down.

    3. Enter card number in the provided field.

    4. Select card expiry month and year against Expiry Date drop-down.

    5. Enter customer's name in Name on Card field.

    6. Select the banking entity that has issued the card from the given drop-down.

    7. Enter transaction limit in the given field.

For echeck paymode:

    1. In the ABA Routing No box, provide the routing number. Based on the routing number the bank name is displayed. The mapping of routing number and the bank name is done through Bank Routing Number lookup code.

    2. Enter the bank account number in the given field and select the account type from Account Type drop-down.

    3. Enter the bank account name in the given field.

    4. Enter the transaction limit in the given field.

  1. Click the Save button to save the standing instruction details.

  2. To modify/delete an existing standing instruction, retrieve details of the customer for whom you want to modify the details. The existing standing instructions details appear in the screen.

  3. Modify the required details and click the Save button to apply the modifications.

  4. To delete the details, click the Delete button.
