Packages

Packages screen helps to define packages in the system. This screen also allows you to modify the additional attributes of existing service class.

To define or modify a package:

  1. On the System Administration module, click Order Management, and then click Packages.

  2. In the Package Code and the Description box, type the code and the description of the package respectively.

  3. If the service can be bundled, select the Can be Bundled check box.

  1. In the Status drop-down, select the package status as ACTIVE or INACTIVE.

  2. In the Services/Service Groups table, click the Add link . A new row appears in the table.

  3. In the Service Type drop-down, select service type as Service or Service Group. The list of services or service groups are displayed in Service Name drop-down based on the service type selected.

  4. In the Service Name drop-down, select the service name or service group name.

  5. For service type as Service Group: In the Inclusion Rule drop-down, select All Services Mandatory or Choice of Fixed Number.
    For Inclusion Rule as Choice of Fixed Number:
    In the Number to choose box, type the number.

  6. Click the Save button to save the service details.

To modify an existing package details:

  1. In the Package Code box, type the package code, which you want to modify. You can also click to browse for a package code. The package details appear on the screen.

  2. Modify the service details available within the package.

  3. Click the Save button to apply the modifications.

Note: The packages with ACTIVE status can not be modified.
