Event

You can define events in the system through Event screen. All the details related to the event are captured in this screen.

To order an event:

1. On the Product & Services module, click Configuration, and then click Event.

2. Enter Event Name and Description in the respective fields.

3. Select Event Type as PPV or VOD.

4. Select Event Title from the drop-down.

5. Enter price of the event in Menu Price field.

6. Select the event ordering period in Order Begin Time and Order End Time fields. The customer can order the even within the ordering period.

7. Select Event Sold Status from the drop-down.

8. For PPV events, enter Event Duration in minutes.

9. For VOD events, enter event period in Event Begin Time and Event End Time.

10. If the event can be cancelled after ordering the event, select "YES" from Allow Cancellation drop-down. Else, select "NO". If the event cancellation is allowed then enter Cancellation Deadline. The customer can cancel the event before the cancellation deadline.

11. Click the Save button to save the event details.
