Assign Prospect screen is used for prospect follow up process to call the prospects and convert them as customers by specifying product/package advantages. In follow up process, the prospect is assigned to an employee. The employee follows up the subscriber, and documents the details.
To Assign a Prospect:
On the Sales CRM menu, click Assign Prospect.
You can retrieve prospects based on filters like Prospect #, Name, Contact #, Email, City, Last Call Status, Next Call From, Next Call Till, Followup Status, and Employee.
In the Team box, enter the service team code or description to which you want to assign the work order. You can also click to browse for a team.
In the Employee box, enter the Employee code or description to whom you want to assign the work order. You can also click to browse for a employee.
Select Followup Status as unassigned and click Search to retrieve prospects who are not assigned to any employee.
In the List of Prospects grid, prospect details like Prospect #, Name, Last Call, Next Call, Employee, and Last Call Status is displayed.
Select the check box under the Select column against the prospect you want to assign. In the Employee drop-down, select the employee to whom you want to assign the prospect.
Click Save to assign the employees.
Click icon against an employee to navigate to Prospect Call Details screen where you can provide call details.
