One Time Sale Ad hoc Discount

One Time Sale Ad hoc Discounts screen helps to provide discounts specific to one time sale items while selling those items.

To provide ad hoc discount to a contract:

1. On the Order Management module, click Ad hoc One-Time Discount.

2. Enter Customer Number to whom ad hoc discount should be given. Else, click the Search Lookup against the Customer # field. Enter the minimum required details in the searching fields and click the Search button. The details appear in Lookup Search pop up window. Select the required Customer Number link from the Search Results list in Lookup Search pop up window.

3. Click the Search Lookup against the Sale Order Number field. The available sale orders details appear in Lookup Search pop up window. Select the required Sale Order Number link from the Search Results list in Lookup Search pop up window. The items list along with charge descriptions pertaining to the selected sale order appear on the screen.

4. Select Discount Code and Discount Type against an item type from the respective drop-downs.

5. Enter discount amount in Discount Value box.

6. Click the Save button to apply the discount on the item.

Note: One time sale orders should be generated through One Time Sale screen.
