History Details screen displays complete record of every transaction performed on a customer account.
An entry is made into history for each and every transaction executed for a customer. The transactions details like, Transaction Type, Transaction No, User Name, Date, and Description can be seen in this screen.
To view transaction history:
On the Customer Care module, click History Details.
Retrieve details of the customer. The Customer Name and Address appear in the main window.
You can retrieve customer transaction history details based on User ID, Module, Transaction Type, and date range i.e. From Date and To Date. Enter data in the most appropriate search criteria from the above available filters.
Click the Search button to view complete record of every transaction performed on the selected customer account for the above period in Customer History Details grid.
Note:
Transactions like Hardware returns and replacements are also shown in the screen.
Ad hoc discounts applied are also shown. Click in the description view the ad hoc discount audit in a separate web page dialog box.
Customer modification is also shown. Click in the description to view the customer modification details in a separate web page dialog box.
For change agreement, the plan details to which the customer is changed are also displayed.
