Sometimes the service provider may have requirement to form a customer group within the system. The service provider can set up a parent-child relation amongst customers within a group. Some of the customers in the group may have parents who are responsible for their financial transactions.
The customer having parent is allowed to utilize services, but parent is responsible for payments and other financial activities.
For Example:

Account No |
Group Id |
A |
100 |
Null |
B |
101 |
100 |
C |
103 |
100 |
D |

As per the above table, A having Account No “101” is parent to the customers “B”, “C”, and D and hence responsible for their payment and other financial activities.
