VAS Activation screen is used to activate VAS feature for a customer.
To activate a VAS feature:
On the Order Management module, click VAS Activation.
Retrieve details of the customer for whom you want to top up a plan. The customer details appear on the screen.
In the Voice Number drop-down, select the VOIP number for which you want to activate the VAS service.
The available value added services are displayed with details like VAS Name, Status, Start Date, and End Date in the Value Added Services grid.
Select the required VAS Name option button. The parameters for the selected VAS service are displayed in the Parameters grid, if any.
Click Active to activate the selected VAS service on the selected voice number for the customer.
You can also inactivate an existing VAS service. Select the VAS service and click the Inactive hyperlink to inactivate the VAS service.
You can also modify the existing parameters. Select the activated VAS service; the existing parameter values are displayed on the screen. Modify the parameter value and click Modify to save the new value.
