Each Billing & CRM solution user is assigned a unique User Id and Password to gain the authentication to access the application. Generally, the password contains a combination of alphabets, numeric, or special characters.
Through Change Password screen you can change your own existing password.
To change password:
On the System Administration module, click User Management, and then click Change Password.
The Log In Id and User Name (by which you have logged in to the application) appear on the screen. You cannot change these details.
Enter the existing password in Old Password field.
Enter New Password in the given field.
Retype the new password in Confirm Password field.
Click the Save button to apply the modification.
