Profile Options for Field Assistant

The following  profile option is available for Field Assistant:

•  Enable Capture Hardware Details For FFA

The profile option is explained below in detail:

Enable Capture Hardware Details For FFA: This profile option is used to display Smart Card and Decoder fields in Close Work Order screen.

Current Values:

Yes: Set the value to Yes to display Smart Card and Decoder fields in Close Work Order screen

No: Set the value to No to disable Smart Card and Decoder fields.

Note: This profile option value cannot be overridden by the normal user in View/Modify User Profile Options screen.
