This screen provides ability for service provider to publish news, events, advertisements or any other messages to the users, which are displayed in News And Announcement Screen. This screen also provides ability to search for existing messages.
Steps to publish news and announcement:
On System Administration module, click Customer Care sub module, and then click News And Announcements Definition. In the page displayed, click New
You are navigated to the News And Announcements Definition screen.
Enter the subject or can select the existing subject from the search screen. Click the icon '' and the search screen opens. Specify the search criteria and click 'Search to find the required message. click Cancel to cancel the search; and click Close to close the screen.
Type the message to be published in the Message box provided.
Specify the date range by selecting From and To Dates. The message would be published in this date range.
Select the Status as active or inactive.
Click Save button to save the message details or click Cancel to cancel the details entered in the specified fields.
Steps to search for the existing messages:
On System Administration module, Click News And Announcements Definition.
Specify values in search filters like Subject, Status, From Date, and To Date.
Click Search to view the saved messages in news and announcement definition grid.
Click Cancel to cancel the search specified in the search filter.
Note: In news and announcements definition grid, you can click on Edit to modify the message details in the navigated screen.
