This screen allows you to view the recent service requests detail of the customers. It also helps you to view the current, past, and escalated service request details.
To view recent service request details:
On Customer Care module, click Recent Service Requests.
The screen displays the data in a graph that represents number of service requests that are raised, closed, in-progress, and escalated.
In Team text box, enter the team name or description to view the recent service request details of that particular team. Else, you can also click search lookup symbol to browse for a team.
Click Last 2 Days tab to view past 2 days service request details or click Last 7 Days tab to view past 7 days service request details or click Escalated tab to view the escalated service request details. Else, click Export tab to export list of service request details in Excel format.
In the grid below, the list of service request details such as Status, Service Request #, Category, Description, Date, Age, Team, and Employee are displayed.
Click Service Request # against the status to navigate to Service Request screen where you can modify the required details.
Modify the required details and click Save to save the details.
