The contracts of a customer can be suspended or reactivated through Contract-Wise Collection screen.
To Suspend or Reactivate a plan:
On the Receivables module, click Collections, and then click Contract Collections.
Retrieve details of the customer to view the contract details. The Customer Name and Address appear on the screen.
In the Contract Details grid, contract details like contract #, Plan Name, Status, Start Date, End Date, Reason, and Action are displayed.
Select the reason from the Reason drop-down and click to Suspend or Reactivate to suspend or reactive the contract respectively.
