List of Quotations

You can modify quotation details that are in ‘New’ stage. You can retrieve the quotation details through List of Quotation screen. This screen also helps you to compare quotation versions to contrast the changes between the versions.

For example: If quotation# 45 of versions 1 and 2 have pricing data for product A and B, then quotation# 45 of version 1 (of product A) can be compared with quotation# 45 of version 2 (of product B).

Note:

• Quotation can have multiple versions.

• You can compare minimum two versions and maximum three versions at a time.

Follow these steps to modify quotation details:

1. On Sales CRM menu, click Quotation List.

2. Enter the required details in search criteria and click Search. Quotation details such as Organization, Opportunity Name, Quotation #, Subject, Stage, Related To, Amount, version, and Parent-Child will be displayed in the grid below.

3. In Quotation # column, click on version number against the opportunity name, the page navigates to Add/Modify Quotation screen where you can modify the required details.

4. In the version column, click on  icon against the quotation # to view the versions of the quotation.

5. Select add to compare check box against version number and click Compare Versions button to compare the versions of quotation.

6. Details such as Billing Frequency, Plan Name, Validity, Quantity, Total Price and Discount are compared for the selected quotation versions.

7. In Parent-Child column, you can see the 'Associate' link against the quotation for which products are yet to be associated with the child customers. On clicking the Associate link, the screen will be navigated to Associate Products To Child Customers where you can associate the products to child customers.

To Compare Quotation Version, follow the steps below:

1. On Sales CRM module, click Quotation List.

2. Specify or select the values from the search filters such as Organization, Opportunity Name, Quotation #, Subject, Salesman Code, Sales Stage, and quotation Status.

3. Click Search button to retrieve the details for the specified search criteria. The details will be displayed in the grid below.

4. In the version column, click on  icon against the quotation # to view the versions of the quotation.

5. Select add to compare check box against the version number and click Compare Versions button to compare the versions of quotation. Compare Version pop-up screen appears as shown in the screen shot below.

6. Details such as Billing Frequency, Plan Name, Validity, Quantity, Total Price and Discount are compared for the selected quotation versions.
