Missing Status lookup code is used to define missing status of a hardware item. These details are used while modifying the attributes of an item.
To define or modify a missing status:
On the System Administration module, click Inventory & Logistics, and then click Missing Status.
In the Missing Status box and Description box, type the code and description of the missing status.
Click Save to save the missing status details.
To modify an existing missing status, in the Missing Status box, type the missing status code. You can also click to browse for a missing status code.
Modify the required details and click Save to apply the modifications.
