Disconnection Reason

Disconnection Reason screen helps you to define reasons for disconnection. The disconnection reasons are used while disconnecting a contract.

To define or modify disconnection reason:

1. In the Disconnection Reason box and the Description box, type the code and description of the disconnection reason respectively.

2. In the Reason Id box, type the reason id.

3. Click Save to save the disconnection reason details.

4. To modify an existing disconnection reason, in the Disconnection Reason box, type the disconnection reason. You can also click to browse for a disconnection reason.

5. Modify the required details and click Save to apply the modifications.
