Stock Details screen helps to retrieve the available items and their quantities at various operational entities place or inventory locations. Depending on the stock availability, items are distributed among different customers , operational entities and inventory locations.
To retrieve items at stock:
On the Inventory & Logistics module, click Stock Details.
To view the stock details at an inventory location, select the Location from the drop-down.
The stock details available at the selected place appear in the item table. The available item names along with, Units, Opening Quantity, Received Quantity, Issued Quantity, Reserved Quantity, Available Quantity, Repair Issued Quantity, and Repair Received Quantity can be seen under the respective columns in the table.
Note: Run "Stock details at inventory location"/"Stock details at operational entity" job to update stock details.

Units |
Units of measurement. For example, Cable is measured in Meters, and Set top box are measured in Number (s). |
Opening Quantity |
The number of items available on the start date of operational entity or inventory location. The opening quantity value depends on "Enable Advanced Search On Stock Details " profile option. If the profile option value is False, then Opening quantity value is 0 by default. If the profile option value is True, then the opening quantity value will be updated based on the date filter. |
Received Quantity |
The number of items received by the operational entity or inventory location. Received quantity is updated when stock is received at operational entity or inventory location in any transaction. |
Issued Quantity |
The number of items already issued by the operational entity or inventory location. Issued quantity is updated when stock is issued by operational entity or inventory location in any transaction. |
Reserved Quantity |
When the stock is not received by operational entity or inventory location, then the number of items are said to be reserved quantity. The reserved items cannot be transferred or issued further. |
Available Quantity |
The number of items available at the operational entity place or inventory location. These items can be transferred to other inventories and also can be issued to the operational entities/customers. Available Quantity = ((Received Quantity) -(Issued Quantity) - (Reserved Quantity)) For example: If the received quantity is 470, issued quantity is 349, and reserved quantity is 3, then available quantity= 470-349-3 which is equals to 118. |
Repair Issued Quantity |
The number of items that are sent for repair from operational entity or inventory location. This column appears only when "Enable repairing process" profile option is set to Yes. |
Repair Received Quantity |
The number of repaired items that are received by the operational entity or inventory location. This column appears only when" Enable repairing process" profile option is set to Yes. |
