Work Order Resolution screen helps you to create resolutions for Work Orders and also to map the created resolutions with the work order problems.
Follow these steps:
On the System Administration module, click Customer Care, and then click Work Order Resolution.
The list of work order problem codes and their descriptions are displayed on the screen.
Enter the Resolution Code and Description in the respective text boxes.
In the Status drop-down, select status as Active or Inactive to make the resolution active or inactive respectively.
In the Work Order Problem panel, select the check box against the category codes you want to map with the resolution.
Note: Select the check box against the Code header to map the resolution with all the work order problems.
Click Save to save the resolution and mapping details.
Modify Work Order resolution and mapping details:
To modify an existing resolution and the mapping, in the Resolution Code box, type the code. You can also click to browse for a resolution code. Click on the code link which you want to modify.
The corresponding details appear in the main window.
Modify the required details and click Save to apply the modifications.
