Work Order Problem screen is used to define work order problems and also helps you to map the defined problems with service request categories.
Follow these steps:
On the System Administration module, click Customer Care, and then click WorkOrder Problem.
The list of service request category codes and their descriptions are displayed on the screen.
Enter the Code and Description in the respective text boxes.
In the No of Intervals box, type the number of intervals required for this type of work order problem.
In the Status drop-down, select status as Active or Inactive to make the work order problem active or inactive respectively.
In the Skill drop-down, select the skill required for the problem.
Note: The skills defined in the Skill screen appear in the drop-down.
Select Homes Passed Applicable check box to apply the problem for homes passed.
In the Service Request Category panel, select the check box against the code you want to map with the work order problem.
Note: Select the check box against the Code header to map the work order problem with all the service request categories.
Click Save to save the work order problem and mapping details.
To modify an existing work order problem and mapping details:
In the Code box, type the work order problem code. You can also click to browse for a problem code. Click the code link which you want to modify.
The corresponding details appear in the main window.
Modify the required details and click Save to apply the modifications.
Note: The problem codes are displayed in Problem drop-down of Service Request and Work Order screens.
