Outbound Calls screen helps you to display outbound calls information. You can retrieve the information based on the search filters.
To view outbound calls:
On the Customer Care module, click Outbound Calls.
In the given search filters, provide the relevant information. Click Search to retrieve the results based on the search filters specified.
Outbound call details like customer number to whom the call is made, service request number, outbound type, agent, call to, contact number, call time, call status, and failed reason (if any) are displayed in Outbound Calls grid.
