This screen displays the list of customer inquiry details captured by an agent in Single View screen.
To view the inquiry details:
On Customer Care module, click Call Inquiry List.
Enter the Customer number or User name for which you wish to retrieve the call inquiry details. You can also click icon to browse for customer number or user name. Else, select Anonymous Call check box to view inquiry details of an anonymous.
Enter the date range From Date and To Date.
Click Search to search for the specified search criteria.
The details are displayed in the Call Inquiry List Details grid.
If you place the cursor over the Notes Summary row, the sticky note will be displayed with the details such as Category, Sub Category, and Notes.
